If Teddy is 14 yrs old, in this it means Victoire is 12 yrs old, because she is born in 2000 and Teddy in 1998 which makes her 2 yrs younger than him. The scene would take place in 2012. Lily looks like she is only 6 months old, but that means that would be set in 2008 because the epilouge scene is set in 2017 minus 9 yrs here and Lily is 9 yrs old in the epilouge.... But this would mean, that Vic would be 8 yrs old and Teddy 10, but in the description he is described as 14 yrs.... Vic and Teddy are drawn in their right age, but Lily and James are looking too young for making this scene logical.....
